Rentokil Initial is seeking a qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 2–4 years PQE to support the Senior Legal Counsel on transaction workflows, due diligence, and contract drafting. You will manage external counsel, NDAs, and CoSec PoAs, while supporting commercial legal workflows across Marketing, IT, and Global Accounts.
