Smith+Nebhew in Hull is seeking an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Lead to support the health, safety and wellbeing of the UK workforce. You will partner with HR, HSE and site leaders to design health solutions and promote wellbeing.
The role combines clinical nursing experience with business acumen to lead ill health case management, deliver health screenings, and develop systems that reduce absence and improve productivity. The role is hybrid with travel to Watford and Godmanchester.
