On-Site Facilities Manager — Hard & Soft Services Lead

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the on-site hard and soft services team on a PPP Schools contract. You will own day-to-day FM operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and contractual compliance while coordinating with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

You will manage lifecycle expenditure, drive continuous improvement and foster strong client relationships. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced, customer-focused enviroment.
