Regional HR Business Partner – Retail People Leader

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading multi-site retailer to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This regional role supports stores across the area, driving the people agenda and shaping people practices.

You will partner with store and area managers, coach managers through ER and performance issues, guide change programmes, and provide practical HR policy advice while nurturing engagement and a positive workplace culture.
