Bristol On-Site Quantity Surveyor — 3–18 Month Contract

O’Neill and Brennan is seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor for a flagship Bristol project. You will provide hands-on commercial support on site, focusing on earthworks and civils, with a minimum of three months and potential to extend to 18 months. The role requires independence, practical pricing and invoicing work, and strong Excel usage to maintain records and reports for the project team.
