Harri is seeking a Head Chef to lead a brand-new 60-cover Mediterranean restaurant at Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire. You will shape the offering from day one, working with the Executive Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to establish a distinctive Mediterranean menu built on seasonal ingredients.

You’ll lead the kitchen, oversee food quality and safety, and drive strong standards while developing a talented team and a memorable dining experience.
