High-Rise Building Safety Lead

Lewisham Council is seeking an experienced Building Safety Manager to lead a portfolio of high-rise residential buildings, ensuring compliance with fire and building safety regulations. The role is based at Laurence House with a hybrid working pattern and regular inspections across the borough.

You will possess 5+ years’ construction or fire safety experience, a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety or equivalent, and ideally membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers. DBS required.
