XMA in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead the public sector internal sales team. You will coach a team of 10 Internal Account Managers to drive revenue and customer growth, shaping sales activity, and translating commercial priorities into actionable plans.

You’ll develop coaching routines, manage pipeline and forecasting, and work closely with Directors and Marketing to deliver excellent customer experiences while building a high-performing culture.
