Senior Registered Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Home

Sgscare is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 3-bed specialist therapeutic children’s home in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead the service, safeguard children and drive high-quality therapeutic care planning while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce, plus leadership qualifications; Level 5 Leadership & Management and Level 4 RM Award are desirable. Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills are essential.
