Danaher & Walsh is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial team across a portfolio of civil engineering projects in the Midlands. You will drive commercial delivery from award to completion, provide contractual guidance and deliver monthly reports to the Commercial Manager.
The role requires extensive experience leading commercial teams, deep knowledge of NEC3/4, JCT contracts and measurement methods, and a proven ability to manage risks, opportunities, and people.
