Overview
In this role you will handle a mix of residential conveyancing and commercial property matters, serving developers and investors across the UK. You will work either independently or with the team to manage a fast-paced caseload and contribute to growth. The position offers variety and flexibility, with remote-work possibilities for capable candidates. You will help shape the property practice and support client-focused service within a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a mix of residential conveyancing and commercial property matters
- Act for developers and investors on UK purchases and sales
- Handle lease assignments, straightforward residential files, and commercial deals
- Work independently or collaboratively depending on setup
- Support team growth and adapt to a fast-paced caseload
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Organised, tech-savvy, able to juggle multiple matters
- Proven billing record and a team-focused mindset
- Remote applicants must have solid experience working unsupervised from home
