Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality. You will work within our Real Estate team to align objectives with client and project goals, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. You will implement governance, manage risks, and oversee finances and change control to keep projects on track. You will mentor junior project managers and help expand our client relationships and project portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
  • Implement and oversee project governance, processes, and systems
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project finances and manage change control
  • Facilitate communication with team members and stakeholders through meetings and reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (stated)
  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client and contractor relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a consultancy environment preferred
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is a plus
