Overview
In this role, you will lead a team of Claims Technicians within the Subsidence division to keep claims moving and deliver excellent client service. You’ll balance office and remote work while developing a motivated, high-performing team and ensuring processes run smoothly. You’ll identify training needs, manage performance and attendance, and coach the team to excellence. This position offers growth through Sedgwick University and a pivotal role in shaping industry standards and client outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Claims Technicians
- Progress claims and support claim owners to maintain workflow
- Ensure high-quality service for clients and customers
- Oversee team performance and handle day-to-day enquiries
- Identify training needs and organise development
- Manage absence and conduct appraisals
- Lead by example and model excellence in customer service
