Overview
In this role you will support the London-based legal team across corporate governance, transactions, and commercial contracts, reporting to the Head of Legal. You will collaborate with senior management to advance strategic initiatives within a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance activities and assist with corporate transactions
- Negotiate and review commercial contracts across business units
- Collaborate with Head of Legal, senior management, and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Deliver high-quality legal guidance within a regulated financial services context
Key requirements
- 1-3 Years PQE
- England and Wales Qualified Lawyer
- Commercial contract negotiation experience
- Corporate governance exposure
- Experience in regulated financial services environment (desirable)
