Associate/Sr Associate – Construction (Contentious) – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will support a Construction Disputes team handling high-value, contentious matters to resolve disputes for a global client base. You work within a collaborative, high-performing environment and manage discrete workstreams while learning from senior lawyers. You will cover disputes across litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation, contributing to both dispute strategy and business development. The role offers exposure to major infrastructure, engineering and real estate projects with opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

• Advising on construction disputes across litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation
• Handling claims involving delay, disruption, defects and payment disputes
• Supporting proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court and international forums
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
