Lead Supported Living Services Manager – Person-Centered Care

Frontier Consulting seeks a dynamic Supported Living Service Manager to lead our new service, enabling individuals with learning and physical disabilities, autism, and diverse needs to live with independence and dignity.

You will recruit and develop staff, oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans, and ensure safeguarding and compliance across the team. A Level 3–5 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable, and a full UK driving licence is required.
