Senior Housing Health & Safety Officer (HMO Specialist)

Broxbourne Council is seeking a Senior Environmental Health Officer (Housing) to lead the delivery of services improving private sector housing quality, safety and energy efficiency in the Borough.

The role requires a relevant Environmental Health qualification, EHO registration preferred, and solid knowledge of Housing Act 2004, Renters’ Rights Act and housing licensing. You will manage your own caseload, deal with HMOs, and attend landlord forums as needed.
