Clinical Educator for Newly Qualified Midwives

The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced midwife to join as Clinical Educator Support Midwife. This role supports Band 5 midwives in their first year of practice with clinical, professional and pastoral guidance.

You will work with the Practice Education Team and other stakeholders to develop the workforce and ensure high standards of care across maternity services. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract and involves flexible on-call commitments.
