Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 clinician to join the Home Treatment Team at Oxleas House, Greenwich, delivering care in patients’ homes and during crises. The role emphasises clinical leadership, complex assessments, and robust risk management to reduce inpatient admissions.
The successful candidate will provide supervision, ensure safe, person-centered care, and work within a multidisciplinary team across 365 days a year.
