We’re recruiting PIP/WCA Functional Assessors in Bournemouth, offering a structured Monday–Friday role with hybrid working.

The role offers:

• £40,000–£42,000 salary
• 5% annual performance bonus
• £1,000 salary increase after 12 months
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Hybrid working – 3 days in clinic
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

As a Functional Assessor, you’ll:

• Conduct face‑to‑face, video and telephone assessments
• Assess how health conditions affect functional ability
• Review medical evidence
• Use clinical reasoning and professional judgement
• Produce detailed reports for the DWP

We’re looking for:

• NMC Registered Nurses – RGN, RMN or RNLD
• HCPC Registered Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists
• Minimum 12 months UK post‑registration experience
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Confidence using IT systems
