SENCO – EOTAS & SEND Pathways Lead

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced SENCO to shape and develop Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS) provision. You will drive quality across EOTAS and Alternative Provision, working with schools, colleges and professionals to create effective educational pathways for SEND learners.

The role focuses on transitions to Post-16 and adulthood, ensuring EHCP outcomes are met while promoting inclusive practice and improving learner participation and progression.
