City Family CIC is seeking a Deputy Manager for Willow Reach, a Residential Family Centre in Westcliff-on-Sea. You will support daily operations, lead shifts, manage staff on a rota, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory readiness.
You will supervise staff, contribute to training, and act as deputy for the Registered Manager, including admissions decisions and incident response. A DBS check and Level 5 leadership qualification are desirable.
