Senior Client Affairs Lead – Social Care Finance

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council is seeking a Senior Client Affairs Officer to lead the Client Affairs Team in safeguarding and managing vulnerable residents’ finances. You will direct payments, accounts, and investments for surplus funds while coordinating with care management, solicitors, DWP and the Court of Protection.

You’ll drive improvements, implement new procedures and train staff, ensuring compliance, accuracy and dignity in service delivery.
