Corporate Finance Exec – ACA/ACCA | M&A & Diligence

Barber McLelland is assisting a leading Corporate Financier to recruit a newly or recently qualified ACA/ACCA professional for a Corporate Finance Executive role.

The role will support the Corporate Finance Director and Managers across due diligence, lead advisory, and financial modelling. You will engage in deal research, create business plans, and help prepare information memorandums, with a strong emphasis on commercial acumen and networking.
