Trade Effluent Regulatory Controller – Compliance Lead

United Utilities is hiring a Regulatory Controller Trade Effluent (RCTE) to oversee control and monitoring of trade effluent discharges and to recover wholesale costs for treatment. You will manage a portfolio of non-household customers, work with local teams, and support incident responses while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires knowledge of trade effluent regulations, proficiency in Word/Excel, and experience with JIRA/ TEMS/ WALTO/ OMS/ Access.
