Nigel Wright Group is partnering with a growing organisation in Newcastle to hire a Business Analyst for a hybrid role. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support delivery across technology, operations, customer experience and regulatory projects.
You’ll gather and document requirements, map current and future processes, facilitate workshops, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, and help drive testing and UAT with the delivery teams.
