Where I’d work:
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and the flexibility to work where you can be most effective. This could be from home, our main offices in Grimsby or Boston, one of our community hubs, or another suitable location that supports the work you’re delivering.
In this role, It is expected you’d need to attend face to face meeting or workshops 2-3 times a month
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead on the management of our change request process.
- Leading workshops, discovery sessions and process-mapping activities to design effective future-state solutions.
- Producing high-quality business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
- Supporting the implementation of major technology systems, from mobilisation and design through to testing and go-live.
- Coordinating testing activities, including SIT and UAT, and helping ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Analysing data, integrations and business processes to identify efficiencies and support informed decision-making.
- Working collaboratively with operational teams, suppliers and technology colleagues to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Supporting project delivery through effective planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

What will I need:
We’re looking for someone who can combine strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
It would be great if you had:
- A Business Analysis Foundation qualification, or equivalent practical Business Analysis experience.
- Previous experience in a housing management role within the social housing or local government sector.
- Proven Business Analysis experience within technology, digital transformation or system implementation environments.
- Strong Business Partnership experience
- Experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in data awareness, cleansing, validation and mapping
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel capability.
- Strong process mapping and business improvement skills.
- Experience supporting testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within agile, iterative or multidisciplinary delivery environments.
Interviews will be held in person in our Boston office on Thursday 22nd October. We may also invite shortlisted candidates to an initial conversation via Microsoft Teams in advance of these interviews.
