Requirements
- Experience supporting business applications, digital systems or technology-enabled business change
- Experience investigating issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting process or system improvements
- Experience creating business and user documentation, including process maps, guides and training materials
- Experience supporting user training, system demonstrations or digital adoption initiatives
- Good understanding of data quality and information management principles
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and digital technologies
- Successful applicants will be subject to third-party eligibility checks, including right-to-work in the UK and DBS checks
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for core business systems and applications
- Investigate and resolve system- and process-related issues
- Escalate technical, security and infrastructure matters where required
- Manage support requests and maintain system documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user support
- Support the delivery of SCEs Digital Transformation Strategy by helping improve business processes, systems, data quality and digital adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement digital solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
