ER Advisor & Employee Relations Specialist (Hybrid)

RG Setsquare is seeking an HR Adviser – ER Specialist for a temporary to permanent role in London, with hybrid work (3 days in the office). The position will run for 8–12 weeks initially, with a potential extension and ASAP start. You will manage a portfolio of ER cases, counsel managers and ensure policy-compliant outcomes.

You must have 3–5+ years in ER, strong employment-law knowledge and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, including risk assessment and reporting.
