Standalone HR Lead — Build, Scale, Lead People

Dizplai is a 50-strong business on the move, and we need an HR leader who can build a people function that keeps pace with growth. This standalone HR role gives real autonomy, responsibility, and commercial impact, reporting to the Fractional Chief People Officer and working with a leadership team that treats HR as a strategic partner.

You’ll own recruitment end-to-end, manage onboarding, performance, development and offboarding, and oversee our HRIS.
