Remote People Partner – Talent, IR & Change

Amey Ltd is seeking a seasoned People Partner to shape and deliver our people strategy across talent development, resourcing, engagement and organisational development. You will partner with Trade Unions, manage TUPE, and work closely with Recruitment, L&D and Reward teams to design initiatives that improve performance.

This role requires CIPD level 5+ with Level 7 desirable, strong ER/IR experience, and a proven track record of end-to-end change programmes.
