Onsite HR Partner: Shape People & Change in Northamptonshire

ID Logistics is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our growing UK team in Northamptonshire. You will support day-to-day HR activities, help shape the People Strategy, and act as a hands-on partner to site leadership.

You will work across employee relations, talent development, and change initiatives, with exposure to data-driven decision making and HR policy implementation. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
