HR Manager: ER, Engagement & Change Across Sites

GXO is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR agenda across the Sainsbury’s Transport operation in Hams Hall and the Sainsbury’s Argos site in Worcester (Shire Park). You will partner with the HR Business Partner to deliver expert guidance on employee relations, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion while managing one direct report.

This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 with travel between sites and a salary up to £50,000 per annum.
