Senior HR Advisor – Complex Case Leader (Hybrid)

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the HR Advisory Team. The role is hybrid, with occasional travel across the county and collaboration across directorates. You will work on complex casework and help implement service developments in a busy, supportive environment.

The team delivers HR enquiry services via phone and email and supports HR Business Partners in restructures and organizational change.
