Network Rail invites applications for a HR Business Partner (INSIDE IR35) on a 6-month contract based 2 days per week, located in the York Office (YO1 6JT). You will partner with senior leaders to implement the People Plan, lead on data analytics, and deliver high-performance HR solutions across talent, performance and engagement.
Essential: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent; experience in a similar HRBP role; willing to work within a 90-minute commuting policy. Desirable: rail experience.
