Hybrid IT Service Desk Specialist – Tech Support & Training

Arsenal is seeking a Technical Services Analyst to provide day-to-day IT service desk support across the club’s internal systems. You will handle requests, monitor resolution activity and deliver world-class service to colleagues.

You will maintain and support IT infrastructure, assist with onboarding/off-boarding, manage assets, and contribute to proactive service delivery as part of a hybrid work model in London.
