Staff Tech Lead – Marketing Studio AI

HubSpot is seeking a Staff Technical Lead for Marketing Studio Intelligence. You will lead a small team of engineers, work closely with Product and UX, and shape AI-enabled backend systems at scale.

You’ll design and deliver backend services powering campaign integrations, analytics, and intelligent recommendations, while staying hands-on in Java and collaborating across HubSpot’s platform stack. This role offers remote, flex, or office options in the UK.
