Building Services Engineer – HVAC, PPM & Fault-Finding

BGIS is seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our team in Croydon. You will deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical building services, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations in a client-facing environment.

The role covers HVAC, pumps, piping, water services and associated plant, with responsibilities for fault finding, repairs, and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of health and safety and CAFM experience preferred.
