Senior Policy Lead – Governance & Stewardship

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) seeks a Senior Policy Associate to advance the UK Corporate Governance Code and the Stewardship Code. Based in Birmingham, you’ll analyse governance reporting, draft key sections of annual reviews, and engage with external stakeholders to inform policy development.

You will lead junior colleagues, review research, and participate in cross-organisational initiatives to promote high standards of governance and stewardship.
