Essex County Council is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Lawyer to support Harlow District Council on a full‑time, temporary basis. The role requires on‑site presence for at least three days per week and handles high‑level procurement and contract matters for the Council.
The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice to Officers, Members and Directors, attend Committees, and help develop the Council’s legal services. This is a 3‑month contract based in Harlow, Essex.
