Strategic Facilities Contracts & Governance Manager

Northern Ireland Housing Executive is seeking a permanent Facilities Contracts Lead to manage and govern facilities and accommodation contracts and supplier relationships across the organisation. The post holder will ensure value for money and compliance with governance standards, supporting NIHE’s modern, professional facilities service.

The role requires either a Level 6 qualification with 2 years’ experience in procurement/contracts or 5 years’ relevant experience with CPD.
