The Recruiter Specialists Group Ltd is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 3 years+ PQE to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing. You will handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity from instruction to post-completion.
You will work within a busy, office-based team, responsible for 25-35 new instructions per month, and play a role in business development and networking to support office growth.
