Harvest Planning Specialist – Day-1 Supply & Grower Ops

Driscoll’s is seeking a Harvest Planner to connect supply and demand across our fresh produce supply chain. You will create accurate short-term plans, manage grower submissions, daily planning, purchases orders and arrivals to keep customers supplied on time.

This fast-paced, hands-on role requires precise data handling, strong communication with growers and internal teams, and proactive problem-solving to balance capacity, quality and logistics.
