Shift Production Manager: Safety, Quality & Improvement

Huntsman is seeking a Production Shift Manager for our Advanced Materials site in Duxford. This pivotal role leads 12 direct reports plus up to 3 temps, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time production across a three-shift pattern.

You will drive continuous improvement and partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Quality to optimise performance. You will balance safety, quality and output while developing a capable, flexible team and shaping day-to-day operations on the shop floor.
