Operations & Business Support Lead (Maternity Cover)

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a fixed term contract leader to head the central business support function for the Fire business. You will lead a team of Coordinators and Administrators, ensuring accurate administration, robust reporting and compliant processes across operations and people functions.

You will oversee system use, data quality, financial controls and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on improvements and risk management during the maternity cover period.
