Paint Plant Manager (4-Day Week) – Lead & Optimize Production

Tech Connect Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturer for a Plant Manager to lead its paint facility in Warwick. You’ll lead the paint production team and drive performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery and people.

The role offers a 4-day week: 37 hours per week (Mon to Thu) between 06:30 and 16:00, with overtime and UK travel as needed. You will plan production, coach the team, maintain ISO 9001/14001 compliance, and continuously improve efficiency.
