Operations Support Manager

Introduction into the position

We have a great opportunity for an Operations Support Manager to support the Client Account Manager, lead the team and act as a key point of contact for our client.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading and motivating the enforcement team, ensuring they have the tools and equipment required to carry out their roles effectively.
  • Dealing with all written customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Preparing the monthly enforcement plan and monitoring its success.
  • Assisting with the development of Quality Assurance systems and procedures.
  • Receiving and administering the implementation and removal of parking suspensions.
  • Managing and controlling the cost of consumable items.
  • Controlling vehicle costs and maintenance through effective process management and telematics.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated.
  • Experience with reporting and presenting to senior management.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is Required as this is a Driving role
