Night Shift Team Leader — Aerospace Ops Lead

GKN Aerospace is a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, with a modern facility focused on composite wing structures and assemblies. We are seeking a Team Leader for our Western Approach site (BS35 4GG).

You will be accountable for operational performance, safety, quality and cost, leading a team of around 10–12 operators. The role requires guiding the team in Lean principles, delivering PSQDCC targets and maintaining a world-class safety environment.
