You will lead fleet performance, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across EMR fleets, collaborating with Fleet, Engineering and Operations to deliver reliability gains and cost efficiencies.
You will apply Lean and CI techniques, coach teams, and drive structured problem solving from issue identification through to benefits realisation.
