Health, Safety & Workplace Lead — Create Safe, Inspiring Hubs

The Wise Group is seeking a Health, Safety & Workplace Lead to join a flexible, home-based role with travel across the UK hub network. You’ll lead health and safety, risk and compliance, while shaping safe, inclusive, and high-performing environments for colleagues and communities.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, influence decisions on new hubs and spaces, and ensure statutory requirements are met. A NEBOSH qualification and strong risk management experience are essential.
